Exhortek Elevate

One agreement. A block of hours. Use them on anything.

It's rarely the money that stops the work

A $15,000 piece of work doesn't stall on budget. It stalls on everything around it, scoping calls, a statement of work, legal review, vendor onboarding, a security questionnaire, procurement approval. Six weeks of process wrapped around three weeks of work.

By the time it clears, the thing you wanted has changed, or the person who wanted it has stopped asking.

Elevate moves all of that to the front, once. After that, asking for work is just asking.

How it works

1

Choose a block

Essential 40, Momentum 60 or Advantage 80. Valid for six months.

2

Sign one agreement

One page. Onboarding happens once and never again.

3

Ask for what you need

Email your dedicated Elevate address, or raise it in the portal. Either becomes a tracked case.

4

Watch the balance

Every hour logged against a specific case, with a date and a consultant name. Visible as it happens, not summarised at month end.

Spend hours on anything

Yes, this too — but it's a fraction of what Elevate is for

Nothing is earmarked in advance. Spend hours on a Copilot pilot this month and a migration next month. You don't need a roadmap to buy a block.

Two ways to raise work

Email

Send a note to your dedicated Elevate address. It becomes a tracked case automatically. No login, no form, nothing new for your team to learn — forward the email that caused the problem and the work starts.

Portal

Raise a case, add detail to an existing one, and see status, history and your balance, hours purchased, consumed and remaining.

Both land on the same case record, with the same time log and the same balance. Use whichever suits the moment.

Two ways to raise work, one case record A request raised by email and a request raised in the portal both become the same tracked case in Dynamics 365. Time is logged against that case, and the hours balance updates in the portal. Email No login, no form. Forward and it starts. Portal Raise a case, add notes, see the balance. One tracked case in Dynamics 365 Hours logged against the case Balance updates in the portal Whichever route a request arrives by, it lands in the same place with the same history.
Email exists because senior people live in Outlook and will not adopt another system. The portal exists because someone eventually wants to see where things stand.

Most organisations are paying for Microsoft licences nobody is using, and paying premium rates for people whose work fits a cheaper licence. Nobody notices, because the invoice arrives once a year and nobody owns it.

Licence inventory
Everything held across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related products. What's purchased, what's assigned, what's actually used.
Assigned but unused
Licences sitting with people who don't log in, or who left. Usually the largest single line of recoverable spend.
Over-licensed users
People on premium licences whose actual usage fits a per-app or lower tier.
Structural optimisation
Where app boundaries, security roles and feature usage could be adjusted so users legitimately fit cheaper licensing. This is the part a report won't tell you.
External and guest users
Whether external access is licensed correctly, and whether a cheaper compliant model exists.
Renewal position
What's coming up, what to renegotiate, what to drop.

Written report and walkthrough within two weeks, with a single figure at the front: what this could save you annually.

Questions

What if we don't use the hours?

Six months is a long window, and Momentum and Advantage carry unused hours over. In practice clients underestimate what they'll use. Once raising something is just an email, the small jobs that sit for a year finally get done.

Isn't this a retainer?

A retainer bills monthly whether you use it or not. Elevate is prepaid, doesn't renew automatically, and you decide whether to buy another block.

Our team won't adopt another system.

They don't have to. Email a dedicated address and it becomes a tracked case. The portal is there if you want visibility, not because you need it to get work done.

We'd rather scope a project properly.

Then let's do that. Elevate suits the case where you don't yet know exactly what you want, or where procurement takes longer than the work. Plenty of clients use a block to work out what the project should be, and then we scope it properly.

How do we know the hours are logged honestly?

Every hour sits against a specific case with a date and a named consultant, visible as it's logged. It's more transparent than a time-and-materials invoice.

Start with 40 hours

Small enough that most people don't need approval. Long enough to find out whether we're any good on real work rather than in a meeting.

Not ready for a block? Buy the Elevate Baseline on its own for $3,200. Credited in full if you take a block within 30 days.
